Always independently verify registration status at sebi.gov.inor via SEBI’s intermediary search before subscribing or acting on any recommendation.
• Non-Registered Educators/Commentators — content from creators who are not SEBI-registered is intended for general educational and informational purposes only and must not be treated as investment advice or a specific buy/sell/hold recommendation. If any such content appears to offer specific trading calls in exchange for payment, please report it to us immediately at support@rabuddy.in and to SEBI via SCORES — such content would not be authorized or condoned by RA Buddy.

1. No Endorsement or Control

RA Buddy provides a platform for Content Creators to share their work, opinions, research, and educational material. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or quality of content generated by Content Creators. Views and opinions expressed by Content Creators are solely their own and do not represent RA Buddy’s views.

2. Third-Party Content

Content published by Content Creators may include links, references, or recommendations to third-party websites, tools, brokers, or services. RA Buddy does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such third-party content or services.

3. User Discretion and Responsibility

You must exercise your own judgment and discretion when relying on any content or recommendation from a Content Creator. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy, completeness, relevance, and regulatory compliance of any information before acting on it, including making your own trading and investment decisions.

4. No Warranty or Liability

RA Buddy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, legality, or profitability of any content or materials created by Content Creators. We disclaim all liability for losses, damages, or harm arising from use of or reliance on such content, including financial loss, trading loss, reputational damage, or any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

5. Content Creator Relationships

RA Buddy may have commercial relationships (e.g., commission arrangements) with Content Creators, but these do not influence or alter the independence, objectivity, or integrity of their content. Responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and quality of Content Creator material rests solely with the respective Content Creator.

6. Content Monitoring and Removal

RA Buddy does not actively monitor all content published by Content Creators in real time. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or modify any content or account that we believe violates our policies, Terms of Service, or applicable law (including SEBI regulations), but we do not assume liability for content that remains accessible, or that we removed at a later stage.

7. No Guaranteed Returns

No Content Creator, and no representative of RA Buddy, is authorized to guarantee or assure specific returns, profits, or outcomes from any tip, course, or advisory service. Any such claim made by a Content Creator is made independently by them, is a violation of our Terms, and should be reported to us and to SEBI.

8. Indemnification

By using RA Buddy, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rabuddy Fintech, its designated partners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of, or reliance on, content or materials created by Content Creators.
